April marks a new milestone in the development of Porta Diagonal. Tower One, promoted by By Sacresa, the first building of the project, advances firmly and enters its final construction phase, revealing how the project vision is turning into reality.

From above, the new drone video offers a privileged perspective: the tower is already rising high above the surroundings, showing its verticality, its integration with the urban landscape and the urbanisation work of the public space that surrounds it.

At this stage, the progress is notable:

Interior design and furniture:
Work has begun on equipping the indoor units. Studio rooms, units with independent living areas, and bathrooms begin to take shape with functional furnishings, thoughtful details, and finishes that define the building's modern and welcoming character.

Green facade underway:
One of Porta Diagonal's hallmarks is beginning to become visible. The first planters have been installed on the terraces of each floor, and with them begins the planting of plant species that, over time, will give rise to a living green facade, designed to refresh, oxygenate, and give the building its identity.

A changing environment:
The urbanization work continues, connecting the tower with the future public space of Porta Diagonal: pedestrian paths, plazas, native vegetation, and meeting points that will shape an urban ecosystem designed for people.

Managed by Aparto, Hines' international student accommodation platform, Tower One will offer flexible accommodations for students, professionals, and families connected to the area, in a setting that prioritizes well-being, sustainability, and connection with nature.
